Senior Manager, VIP Coverage Authorization Systems

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate a technical team responsible for second-level problem determination and recovery of VIP applications.
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure alignment with high-priority VIP issues, escalations, and operational initiatives.
• Lead problem triage situations with management lanes, support groups, and service partners to ensure final resolution.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for development projects and Project Manager for internal and external projects.
• Ensure all VIP-related services remain operational and do not cause client impact through close coordination with service partners.
• Act as the Lane Commander for all VIP system-related issues and serve as a delegate to the Senior Director.
• Provide direct management and supervision for multiple staff members across various levels.

What we're looking for

• Must have relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
• Must have 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
• Must have 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Must have 11+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in an Operations, Coverage, or Service Delivery role (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a large datacenter environment with strong technical background in TPF related hardware, software, utilities and OS (preferred).
• Experience with Visa Systems/Applications, Visa Development Cycle and the TPF Coverage role (preferred).
• Strong supervisory, analytical, problem determination, customer relations, and communication skills (preferred).
