What you'll do

Independently lead and architect ServiceNow solutions for GRC, SecOps, and Legal modules.
Translate business requirements into Agile stories with clear acceptance criteria for offshore teams.
Manage relationships with process owners and handle daily escalations across multiple domains.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management in ServiceNow.
Identify new architecture opportunities and ensure feature parity during platform migrations.
Document current-state privacy workflows and translate them into ServiceNow Privacy Management requirements.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, GRC, SecOps, or Compliance.
Proven proficiency in at least two areas: GRC, SecOps, Third-Party Risk, Privacy, Legal Service Delivery.
Strong techno-functional skills to translate complex business needs into actionable Agile stories.
Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and working independently.
Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and tools like Qualys or Wiz.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant GRC certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISM.
