Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, workflows, App Engine, and integrations
Proven ability to map business needs to scalable platform capabilities and drive adoption
Strong understanding of enterprise integration and platform ecosystem dynamics
Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end
Ability to balance innovation with governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability
