Senior Manager, Product Management, Command Center Voice Software

What you'll do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for public safety and enterprise business lines.
• Lead a business model transformation toward subscription-based offerings with tiered upsell paths.
• Grow top-line revenue by aligning incentives with enterprise go-to-market teams and channels.
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of product leaders to build an AI-native product organization.
• Manage the product portfolio from idea to launch, setting goals and decommissioning non-strategic features.
• Define APIs and platform boundaries to allow internal and third-party development on the voice stack.
• Write decision memos, evaluation plans, and launch playbooks to align cross-functional teams and AI agents.
• Determine build versus partner decisions across various customer workflows.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in product leadership, including leading other product leaders and owning revenue or P&L outcomes.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Track record of scaling software products sold through complex, multi-tiered procurement in enterprise, public safety, or regulated markets.
• Experience with channel and partner go-to-market and with pricing or business model change in enterprise software.
• Ability to prototype and test ideas with tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Strong product instincts, customer empathy, and technical fluency with a habit of working in partnership with UX.
• Clear writer and communicator who can align people and move them to act across functions.
• Enterprise or channel experience is a plus (preferred).
