What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end development, enhancement, and maintenance of the market data platform.
Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver innovative solutions for functional requirements.
Architect and develop data ETL processes and data objects.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of software developers and testers.
Plan and run agile-scrum sprints to meet firm technology objectives.
Enforce high coding standards through code reviews and thorough unit/functional testing.
Provide technical support during UAT and post-go-live phases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electronic, or IT Engineering (or equivalent).
12 to 14 years of experience in software development.
Experience leading and mentoring a scrum team.
Proficiency in Python, Django, Pandas, GitHub/Bit-Bucket, Jira, PostgreSQL, and SQL scripting.
Demonstrated experience designing and executing high-scale data projects.
Understanding of OOPs and software design constructs using Python.
Expertise in the full software development lifecycle, specifically Agile Scrum.
Exposure to financial capital markets data and trading applications.
