What you'll do

  • Manage multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances during the transition from Johnson & Johnson to DePuy Synthes.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year ERP architecture strategy aligned with business goals and separation objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ERP and enterprise application architects.
  • Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance for the entire ERP landscape.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise platforms to ensure data interoperability.
  • Lead build-vs-buy decisions and manage relationships with vendors and system integrators.
  • Manage the ERP investment portfolio including technology budgeting and resource planning.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture and leading architecture teams or programs is required.
  • Hands-on and leadership experience with at least one of the following is required: SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP ABAP Development, or SAP BTP and IS Integration.
  • Experience with global S/4 implementations or transformations is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, and REST/OData services is highly desirable.
  • ERP platform certifications (e.g., SAP), TOGAF, or cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technology is preferred.
