Senior ERP Architect

What you'll do

• Analyze business needs to design, troubleshoot, and implement organizational ERP applications.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams by analyzing workflows, goals, and processes.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps for organizational use.
• Resolve system performance issues and vulnerabilities to improve security and functionality.
• Design and monitor reports to ensure the reliability and efficiency of ERP systems.
• Create user training documentation and maintain LMS courses and training aids.
• Travel to provide on-site training and support for managing system workflows.
• Execute advanced, complex technical ERP projects requiring high-level technical knowledge.

What we're looking for

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• IT or Business degree (preferred).
• Expertise in ERP management, systems, functional testing, troubleshooting, and software configuration (preferred).
• Skills in business analytics, requirement gathering, data mining, and process mapping (preferred).
• Experience in project delivery, system documentation, and software process analysis (preferred).
