Manager, ERP Architecture

What you'll do

• Manage multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances to support the corporate separation and transition into a standalone organization.
• Execute the consolidation of SAP instances into S/4 to facilitate the exit from transitional service agreements.
• Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve ERP architecture goals and communicate these plans to stakeholders.
• Define and maintain enterprise application architecture standards to ensure alignment with business strategy and technology requirements.
• Oversee the design and integration of ERP systems with other enterprise platforms to ensure cross-system compatibility.
• Ensure all ERP solutions meet strict security, compliance, and performance standards within a regulated environment.
• Manage day-to-day team operations including workflow, performance management, and project delivery within established budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture, including leading projects or mentoring team members.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with one or more of the following: SAP ABAP, SAP Security, SAP BASIS, or SAP BTP and IS Integration.
• Experience with global S/4 implementations or transformations (preferred).
• Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori/UI5, and REST/OData services is highly desirable.
• ERP platform certifications (e.g., SAP), TOGAF, or cloud certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
