What you'll do

Lead end-to-end execution of complex Wallet, Payments, and Commerce initiatives from concept through post-launch iteration.
Partner with engineering and product teams to define program scope, milestones, and delivery strategies.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure successful project outcomes.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of Engineering Program Managers while establishing operational best practices.
Provide executive leadership with clear program visibility through structured reporting and data-driven insights.
Identify opportunities to improve and scale the Engineering Program Management organization's processes.
Translate technical architecture concepts into actionable project plans for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in technical program and project management, including managing a team of program managers.
Demonstrated ability to deliver large cross-functional programs and roadmaps while identifying risks and driving results.
Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering teams on architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment across competing priorities, and lead teams toward successful delivery.
Proven ability to influence and build trust with partners and senior executive leadership.
Experience within payments, financial services, data, or analytics technology (preferred).
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills across various audiences and organizational levels (preferred).
Ability to facilitate technical design discussions and translate technical concepts into actionable project plans (preferred).
