Engineering Project Manager, Wallet & Apple Pay

What you'll do

• Manage the development and release cycles of features for the Wallet client engineering teams.
• Align design deliverables, assets, and specifications with engineering milestones to maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across engineering, design, and quality assurance departments.
• Report program status and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Identify risks and drive timely decision-making to unblock development teams.
• Navigate complex review cycles for privacy, security, and financial partner compliance.
• Ensure release quality and stability while balancing engineering constraints against design fidelity.
• Triage development bugs and manage technical ambiguity during the product lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of project management experience in a technical software development environment, including coordination with design or design-production teams.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional work streams across engineering, design, and quality for large-scale products.
• Experience managing feature delivery in regulated domains with compliance, security, or financial-partner review gates.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technical ambiguity, triage bugs, and drive decision-making under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience partnering with mobile/native client engineering teams through the full build-test-release cycle (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, including bug-tracking systems, GitHub, and AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
