The successful candidate will act as a technical authority, translating product vision into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions while mentoring engineers and ensuring operational readiness. Key responsibilities include overseeing cloud-native Java applications, promoting event-driven architectures, and managing integration standards. Required skills include Python, Java, Gradle, Maven, Terraform, NewRelic, OpenTelemetry, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires expertise in GCP, AWS, Confluent, Kafka, mParticle, and Braze to solve complex data processing challenges within a high-volume, low-latency environment for the customer data platform.
