What you'll do

  • Develop and validate liquid cooling solutions for data center GPU and AI computing platforms.
  • Drive thermal-mechanical solution development from initial concept through prototype validation and production readiness.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop cold plate, heat sink, and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Perform thermal simulations and laboratory-based validation testing to ensure product performance.
  • Conduct flow, pressure drop, temperature mapping, and thermal performance measurements.
  • Analyze test results to identify thermal bottlenecks and recommend specific design improvements.
  • Generate technical documentation and communicate findings to various engineering stakeholders.
  • Support the development of next-generation liquid-cooled server and rack-level cooling solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Doctoral degree and specialized training in thermal engineering, CFD, or liquid cooling are desired.
  • Experience in thermal design and validation of high-power electronics, AI platforms, or data center products.
  • Expertise in developing liquid cooling technologies including cold plates, heat sinks, and rack-level solutions.
  • Proficiency in CFD analysis using tools such as Icepak, FloTHERM, or Ansys Fluent.
  • Experience with mechanical design using CAD tools like Creo or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, flow network modeling, and thermal management principles.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for automation and data analysis.
