What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years of experience.
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Physical Science with 8+ years of experience.
PhD degree in Thermal Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
Deep knowledge and experience in Thermal Engineering, including heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
Expertise in FloTHERM and familiarity with other CFD tools.
Experience in SiP (System in Package) thermal analysis and understanding of IC chip/package architectures.
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications.
