What you'll do

Identify and solve high-complexity problems to drive measurable improvements in software outcomes.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate complex incident analysis and reliability decisioning.
Manage, design, and implement infrastructure components to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Lead medium to large projects by identifying roadblocks and integrating feedback throughout the software life cycle.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC and toolchain practices.
Ensure all AI outputs and operational data comply with firm sensitivity and security requirements.
Translate research, analysis, and tests into clear business recommendations for management and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable depth in one or more technical disciplines.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve reliability engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to validate AI-assisted operational recommendations and follow data sensitivity requirements.
Ability to determine system interrelationships and use a breadth of tools to drive automation and reliability.
Experience translating research, analysis, and tests into business recommendations.
Fluency with Python programming language (preferred).
Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry (preferred).
