What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Experience designing and developing scalable, secure services using Java, Spring Boot, and TDD.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Java, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
Expertise in enterprise development toolchains including Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Practical experience with cloud-native technologies, specifically AWS and Kubernetes.
Experience leading the use of authorized AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Knowledge of blockchain systems, smart contracts, and cryptographic protocols is preferred.
