What you'll do

Design and implement Zscaler DLP policies including cloud app control and file restrictions.
Manage the end-to-end DLP lifecycle from initial requirements and design to testing and deployment.
Monitor and investigate DLP alerts to respond to potential data exfiltration events.
Provide L3 troubleshooting and technical support for Zscaler and DLP issues.
Generate reports on policy effectiveness, security trends, and false positive rates.
Drive automation and optimization opportunities across enterprise security controls.
Act as the technical lead and SME for engineering and architecture initiatives.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Data Protection Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler DLP.
Deep knowledge of data loss prevention, classification, and data protection principles.
Experience with Azure security (AIP, MIP, MCAS) and enterprise DLP tools.
Understanding of network security including proxies, firewalls, and traffic analysis.
Experience working in regulated environments (FFIEC, PCI-DSS, SOX preferred).
Work Authorization.
