What you'll do

Design and scale cloud-native, API-first applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Develop full-stack capabilities using React, TypeScript, and Node.js for the front end.
Build and operate scalable solutions on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks into applications.
Manage asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
Establish engineering practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated performance testing.
Implement observability, security protocols, and application performance tuning across the technology stack.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years of experience designing or architecting cloud-native services on AWS.
Expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, and asynchronous messaging.
Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot.
Experience with AWS technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, serverless, Kafka, SNS/SQS, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), automated testing, observability, performance tuning, and security.
Experience integrating generative or agentic AI technologies, including LLMs/SLMs, RAG, MCP, or agent orchestration frameworks (preferred).
Python experience for LLM engineering, data processing, automation, or evaluation frameworks (preferred).
