What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in full stack application development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
Proven experience developing full-stack applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Experience with unit testing frameworks, code quality standards, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience implementing AI Chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions (preferred).
