What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deliver end-to-end full stack capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Build modern user interfaces using Angular or React and integrate them with backend services.

Support automated builds, testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, security, and scalability in regulated environments.
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and technical designs.
Use enterprise AI tools like GitHub Copilot to support software development and engineering workflows.

What we're looking for

5+ years of full stack software development experience.
Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Experience developing modern user interfaces using Angular or React.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, relational and/or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Strong understanding of enterprise application design, scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cloud-native development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in an Agile delivery environment.
Experience working with healthcare technology or care management platforms (preferred).
Knowledge of regulated cloud environments and compliance standards such as HIPAA and FedRAMP (preferred).
