What you'll do

Design, build, and scale cloud-native, API-first applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Develop end-to-end full-stack capabilities using React, TypeScript, and Node.js on the front end.
Build and operate scalable solutions on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and serverless computing.
Integrate AI capabilities including agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Manage asynchronous messaging and data flows using Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
Establish engineering practices for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and observability.
Implement application security, performance tuning, and monitoring using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience designing or architecting cloud-native services on AWS.
Expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, and asynchronous messaging.
Full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot.
Experience deploying cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, serverless, Kafka, SNS/SQS, SQL, and NoSQL.
Engineering experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), automated testing, observability, and security.
Experience integrating generative or agentic AI technologies, including LLMs/SLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks (preferred).
Python experience for LLM engineering, data processing, or automation (preferred).
