As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will join the team to manage identity, IGA, access management, and related environments while ensuring uniform implementation of tools and best practices across the enterprise. You will perform hands-on support for integration activities involving Identity Governance, Federation, and Privileged Access Services. Your daily work involves providing expert advice to global IT teams, creating technical documentation like SOPs and design documents, and evaluating emerging technologies. The role requires proficiency in Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server. You will utilize PowerShell and Python for automation, along with Java/J2EE and Javascript for programming. This position addresses critical security infrastructure needs while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxberg, SOC2, and HIPAA standards within the healthcare sector to maintain secure access across various platforms.
Perform hands-on support and integration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms including Identity Governance and Federation.
Provide expert advice on identity management to internal IT teams, business units, and international partners.
Implement and manage Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud for user access reviews and application integrations.
Develop access controls using Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra.
Automate user provisioning and reporting processes using PowerShell and Python scripting.
Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) services and related infrastructure components.
Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, design documents, and operational manuals.
Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and trends to ensure the use of industry best practices.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related Cybersecurity field is required with five years of experience.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related Cybersecurity field is acceptable with three years of experience.
Applicants must have three years of experience with Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, including user access reviews and application integration.
Experience developing access controls using Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra is required.
Proficiency in Privilege Access Management and automating provisioning via PowerShell and Python is required.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
Programming skills in Java/J2EE and Javascript are required.
Demonstrated experience in IAM concepts, SDLC processes, and compliance standards like Sarbanes Oxley, SOC2, and HIPAA is required.
