What you'll do

Drive the organization of strategic Home platform initiatives through documentation and cross-team messaging.
Facilitate communication across hardware, software, data center, and services teams to build strategic alignment.
Resolve complex system architecture issues and technical trade-offs by bringing together key stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep development on track.
Manage dependencies and development timelines across hardware, software, and infrastructure platforms.
Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management as project priorities shift.
Deliver status updates and progress reports to both individual contributors and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

BS in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary program development.
Strong program background spanning hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies.
Experience delivering consumer hardware and software products.
Working knowledge of system architecture spanning device hardware, software platforms, and cloud/data center infrastructure.
Familiarity with platform-level trade-offs such as on-device vs. cloud compute, system performance, and connectivity.
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data center, cloud, or ML compute infrastructure and its connection to on-device experiences (preferred).
Proven ability to influence senior and executive leadership without direct authority (preferred).
Experience with smart home, connected device, or ecosystem-level products and services (preferred).
Ability to distill complex technical and strategic topics into clear narratives for different audiences (preferred).
