Senior Engineering Manager, Finance Data Engineering & AI Enablement

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable financial data architectures to ensure data quality, transformation, and platform performance.
• Prepare and govern enterprise financial data for AI use cases like anomaly detection and predictive insights.
• Translate complex finance processes into scalable data solutions that align with strategic business priorities.
• Align architecture with Enterprise Data, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure financial data compliance.
• Lead a high-performing engineering team using CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Integrate internal controls and governance into engineering workflows to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10–14 years of progressive experience in data engineering or enterprise engineering.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in modern data architectures, including cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics use cases.
• Experience enabling AI use cases using enterprise data.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial processes and compliance, executive communication, and leading technology transformations (preferred).
