What you'll do

Design and develop scalable financial data architectures using modern cloud platforms and enterprise databases.
Apply SDLC practices and modular architecture to ensure system resiliency and engineering discipline.
Prepare structured financial datasets for AI model training, deployment, and real-time data capabilities.
Optimize query performance and data models for large-scale datasets using SAP HANA, Singlestore, and Apache Iceberg.
Ensure data consistency and explainability for AI-driven finance use cases.
Mentor a team of data and software engineers to execute technical initiatives with clear milestones.
Develop strategies for data preparation and feature engineering to support large-scale AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
8–12 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
5+ years of engineering management experience.
Strong experience in data modeling, transformation, distributed data platforms, and software engineering best practices.
Experience developing strategies for data preparation and feature engineering to support large-scale AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
Experience driving the implementation of data governance and quality standards (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management skills in Finance or enterprise functions (preferred).
