What you'll do

Lead a team in designing and developing data warehouse and business analytics solutions.
Manage the planning and delivery of data engineering projects to meet finance data needs.

Provide technical guidance to senior engineers on data infrastructure and solution architecture.
Optimize SQL code and ETL pipelines to support complex reporting and large datasets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape enterprise strategy through data insights.
Translate loosely defined business ideas into high-impact data engineering outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, OR an advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience.
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets, including data warehouses, ETL automation, BI visualization, and cloud-based data management.
7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data strategy roles.
5-7 years of experience leading and/or coaching senior engineers.
Proficiency in SQL, large datasets, and optimizing code and ETL pipelines to support reporting.
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methods (preferred).
Authorized to work in the United States.
