What you'll do

  • Build and enhance end-to-end AI-powered applications including frontend developer tools and backend services.
  • Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into enterprise applications to improve user productivity.
  • Contribute to enterprise-scale search, retrieval, and indexing systems for codebases and knowledge assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs and integration layers to expose AI/ML capabilities.
  • Iterate on UI/UX features based on real-world usage and feedback to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and AI/LLM-driven components.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ year of software engineering experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Strong programming skills in C#.NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, HTML, and CSS (preferred).
  • Experience building full-stack applications, LLM-based applications, and performant user interfaces (preferred).
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and tracing/observability tools for LLM systems (preferred).
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, vector search, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
