Senior Director, Engineering, Adobe Intelligence Platform

What you'll do

• Define and drive a full-stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces across global product teams.
• Hire, structure, and develop a high-performing organization of AI engineering leaders.
• Establish technical roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateways, knowledge graphs, and memory systems.
• Manage the operating rhythm including planning, prioritization, and tracking progress with product partners.
• Partner with Research and Design to move cutting-edge AI technologies into production.
• Ensure platform architecture complies with security, privacy, and enterprise governance standards.
• Drive internal adoption of the platform across all Adobe cloud offering areas.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Must have significant experience leading engineering organizations through ambiguity and change.
• Requires direct experience in platform or infrastructure work that other teams depend on.
• Must possess working fluency in AI/ML systems, including evals, context management, and model gateways.
• Must have technical depth with agentic frameworks and the ability to manage them at scale.
• Proven track record of building or reshaping engineering organizations through hiring, structuring, and leadership development.
• Ability to influence progress within a shifting technical landscape and drive adoption across global teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to inspire teams and express a compelling vision.
