Senior Director, Engineering, Adobe Intelligence Platform

What you'll do

• Define and drive a full-stack engineering strategy for the Adobe Intelligence Platform.
• Integrate platform components into web, desktop, and mobile surfaces to unify the customer experience.
• Hire world-class talent and develop the next generation of AI leaders within the organization.
• Define roadmaps for agentic orchestration, model gateways, knowledge graphs, and memory systems.
• Establish the operating rhythm for planning, prioritization, and measuring organizational progress.
• Partner with Research and Design to move cutting-edge AI innovations into production.
• Ensure the platform includes security, privacy, and enterprise governance controls in the architecture.
• Drive the adoption of the platform across all internal application teams and cloud offerings.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including significant time leading engineering organizations through ambiguity and change.
• Direct experience with platform or infrastructure work, specifically building layers that other engineering teams depend on.
• Working fluency in AI/ML systems, including evals, context management, and model gateways.
• Technical depth with agentic frameworks and the operational patterns to manage them at scale.
• A track record of building or substantially reshaping an engineering organization, including hiring, structuring teams, and developing leaders.
• Strong cross-functional influence with the ability to drive platform adoption across global teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and express a compelling vision.
