Senior Director, Business Technology Strategy

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and Digital teams to align technology needs with corporate standards.
• Align divisional programs and projects with the eight Digital Core Platforms to ensure reuse and consistency.
• Oversee, lead, and develop a team of Director-level Technical Specialists across various business functions.
• Chair or co-lead the Architecture Review Board to ensure all major technical decisions comply with enterprise standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical technology choices, delivery models, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and uphold governance for digital standards, security, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Resolve cross-division trade-offs and set clear technological direction for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of significant leadership experience in technology strategy, business partnership, or large-scale program delivery.
• Demonstrated experience aligning business-division technology needs and programs to enterprise platforms and standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop senior technical talent, including Director-level specialists.
• Experience partnering with and advising senior business and Digital leaders on technology direction and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, digital standards, cloud platforms, data/integration patterns, AI-enabled delivery, security, and governance.
• Advanced degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Work authorization in the United States.
