Senior DevOps Engineer, Retail and Marcom Engineering

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automation systems from design through long-term maintenance.
• Design and lead the development of secure Go automation, full-stack internal tooling, and Kubernetes resources.
• Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of high-availability, globally distributed cloud infrastructure.
• Design and improve observability and alerting strategies, including defining SLOs and SLIs across services.
• Set technical standards for infrastructure design, security, and operational excellence while mentoring other engineers.
• Champion security best practices by leading hardening initiatives and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify systemic risks and inefficiencies to drive cross-team initiatives for resolution.
• Build and deploy AI-powered automation for DevOps workflows, including LLM-powered runbooks and autonomous remediation agents.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Solid coding skills in Go or Python to build and extend Kubernetes ecosystems.
• Experience building full-stack internal tools integrating Vue, React, or Svelte with Go or Python backends.
• Experience operating infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, and Helm.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Exposure to AI-assisted or AI-infused automation in DevOps workflows.
• 8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or software engineering (preferred).
• Expert in writing idiomatic, production-grade Go or Python to build and extend Kubernetes ecosystems (preferred).
• Extensive experience architecting and operating multi-region, high-availability infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure (preferred).
• Proven ability to operate with minimal direction and scope ambiguous problems (preferred).
• Proven experience architecting and delivering full-stack internal tools from design through production (preferred).
• Proven experience in Terraform, Pulumi, and Helm including designing reusable modules (preferred).
• Proven ownership of build/release systems and CI/CD pipelines at scale (preferred).
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI-powered automation for DevOps (preferred).
