What you'll do

  • Resolve high-value technical issues for customers regarding complex process engineering problems.
  • Create technical documentation, reports, and specifications for new products and innovations.
  • Provide technical leadership for module development in areas like gate, contact, and interconnects.
  • Identify and solve complex problems that impact long-term product development and business growth.
  • Develop and execute R&D projects to implement novel integrated materials solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 10 - 15 years of experience.
  • Expertise in CMOS logic transistor formation and advanced Logic/Memory technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement new technology for integrated materials solutions.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects with high risk and complexity.
  • Proven track record of significant technology contributions, including patents or published papers within the last five years.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and persuade senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
