Senior Data Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics

What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets regarding transportation and warehousing to identify trends and operational improvements.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions based on business requirements.
• Use advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis.
• Lead Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence projects, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• Advanced Degree (desired).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and common challenges, with preferred expertise in transportation and warehousing.
• Experience working with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS) (preferred).
• Experience working in Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics related fields managing Build and Run teams.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker (preferred).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery, Alteryx ETL tools, AI/ML modeling tools, Agile environments, and relevant certifications (preferred).
