Senior Cybersecurity Architect

What you'll do

• Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry guidelines and company goals.
• Conduct comprehensive architecture reviews to identify and proactively address security gaps.
• Integrate security seamlessly into projects and processes by collaborating with senior business leaders.
• Perform threat modeling, map controls, and conduct risk assessments to improve visibility of business risks.
• Advocate for secure-by-design and secure-by-default principles across all technical teams.
• Approve and oversee the production of architecture artifacts, security models, and build patterns.
• Ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Research new technologies and threats to develop roadmaps and leadership presentation materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• At least 2 years of experience in an architecture role or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF (preferred).
• Proven experience crafting security for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Experience across domains including IAM, data protection, encryption, cloud security, DevSecOps, and zero-trust architectures.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical information for non-technical leaders.
