Senior Cyber Security Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, deliver, and maintain efficient security automations using SOAR and AI technologies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation playbooks from requirements gathering to maintenance.
• Identify security automation opportunities and secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.
• Leverage Large Language Models to automate actions and enhance security analyst capabilities.
• Build end-to-end solutions with automated feedback loops to tune and enrich detections.
• Provide quality checks on automations to reduce errors and enforce continuous improvement.
• Standardize automation practices across all security functions to expand team capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative science discipline.
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of Cyber Security experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing with Python.
• 2+ years of experience with any SOAR tool such as Splunk SOAR, Sentinel, or Swimlane.
• Demonstrative experience in developing automation solutions for Cyber Security and building solutions using OpenAI or other LLMs.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs, GitHub, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (preferred).
