Senior Cyber Security Analyst

What you'll do

• Administer and support the Okta/Purple ID environment, including MFA, authentication, and access policies.
• Onboard applications to Okta using SSO, SAML, OIDC, and integrate with Active Directory or LDAP.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues across enterprise environments.
• Manage and resolve cybersecurity incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Write and maintain scripts in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript to automate manual identity tasks.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and agents to streamline log analysis and optimize daily IAM workflows.
• Research security compromises and design countermeasures to protect system integrity.
• Support IAM requirements for enterprise transformations such as acquisitions and divestitures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Four years of experience in IT information security.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM, authentication, or access management environments.
• Knowledge of Okta or comparable enterprise identity platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated knowledge or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience (preferred).
