What you'll do

Develop, operate, and improve the KION Azure Cloud Environment to ensure system availability.
Configure and fix Azure resources to maintain optimal performance.
Maintain and deploy Kubernetes infrastructure and resources across cloud providers.
Collaborate with FinOps to optimize cloud resource costs and spending.
Compose and update automation scripts using PowerShell and other languages.
Monitor and triage failures within Kubernetes and cloud environments.
Support product teams with technical knowledge of cloud and container services.
Act as a domain authority for Azure and GCP within the organization.

What we're looking for

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field.
7 years of experience with infrastructure and services in public and private cloud environments.
At least 3 years of Kubernetes experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is required, while Google Cloud Platform experience is helpful.
Knowledge of administering both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and all cloud delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes such as Ansible or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Knowledge of shell scripting (PowerShell, CLI, or Bash) and experience with monitoring or log aggregation tools (preferred).
