This role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on CMDB and ITSM integration, along with strong knowledge in REST APIs and ITIL Configuration Management principles.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for CMDB, including Workspace views and Platform Analytics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and indicators to track CI ownership, completeness, and health trends.
  • Develop Service Catalog items for CMDB-related requests such as new CI registration and data correction.
  • Monitor CMDB health and CI relationship health using KPIs and perform trending analysis to identify data quality gaps.
  • Translate CMDB-related initiative needs into ServiceNow-ready business outcomes and requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB operations.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery, identifying ingestion issues, and reconciling CI data.
  • 2+ years of expertise in building Performance Analytics or Platform Analytics indicators, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Experience translating operational requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans for Agile delivery.
  • Ability to develop ServiceNow Service Catalog items and workflows effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology required.
