Key skills required are 5+ years of Power BI administration experience, proficiency in Azure services, scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Additionally, familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks is preferred, along with a cloud-native mindset and experience in fast-paced agile environments.
Administer, monitor, and optimize Power BI and Tableau platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
Implement user access, security roles, and governance policies to ensure data protection and compliance.
Develop CI/CD pipelines for BI content deployment and version control.
Integrate AI tools to automate platform monitoring and performance optimization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI platform issues and user inquiries.
Monitor platform usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
What we're looking for
5+ years administering Power BI in cloud and on-prem environments.
Experience with Azure services including SQL, Data Factory, and Active Directory.
Strong understanding of BI architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Familiarity with enterprise data lake/warehouse environments and CI/CD tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with platform monitoring tools.
Ability to mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
