Sr. BSA, Oracle Fusion - Advanced Inventory serves as a functional subject matter expert within the Information Technology team to support and optimize Oracle Fusion inventory and warehouse management processes. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable solutions for transaction management, lot and serial control, cycle counting, and inventory valuation. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring applications, performing end-to-end testing like SIT and UAT, and managing data conversions. The position requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/ADFdi data loads, and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. This role addresses complex supply chain challenges by integrating inventory operations with procurement, manufacturing, and financial systems to ensure compliant, efficient warehouse management within a regulated medical technology environment.
Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory processes and warehouse management.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders to design future-state solutions that improve operational efficiency and controls.
Configure Oracle Fusion applications in alignment with business requirements and system best practices.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee technical solution delivery.
Manage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for inventory systems.
Troubleshoot complex system, integration, configuration, and accounting issues across all inventory processes.
Support inventory-related reporting and analytics using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher tools.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation including configurations, process flows, test scripts, and validation records.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 8 years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, or inventory systems.
Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Warehouse, or related supply chain modules.
Must have experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
Must possess deep functional knowledge of inventory operations, controls, and warehouse processes with an understanding of impacts to costing and accounting.
Must have experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and developing functional specifications.
Must have experience working with enterprise integrations across Supply Chain, Finance, and related systems.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Inventory Management or SCM Cloud (preferred); experience in regulated environments or consulting (preferred).
