Senior Oracle CPQ Product Owner

What you'll do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with sales, finance, and operations goals.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions to optimize the end-to-end quoting and sales process.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for product features and integrations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and post-launch support for new features.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive training and documentation to drive user adoption and ensure best practices.
• Use data insights to monitor product performance and make informed decisions on product priorities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or IT Consulting.
• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and/or Oracle Fusion.
• 5+ years of experience working in a technology industry.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations.
• Thorough understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, including CRM, CPQ, and ERP technologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Consulting background with focus on large scale IT implementations (preferred).
