Senior Atlassian Admin Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage the Atlassian suite including Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo for commercial and government sectors.
• Build next-generation remote systems management tools using AWS products and DevOps patterns.
• Develop customized solutions including design, implementation, quality control, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments.
• Maintain security, data integrity, and application stability through incident management, monitoring, and alerting.
• Use Atlassian REST APIs to develop integrations, automate manual processes, and perform data migrations.
• Create and manage security schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide operational and performance reports to leadership.
• Write technical documentation and provide training for cross-functional teams on Atlassian best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent.
• Subject Matter Expert on all workflows, customizations, marketplace apps, management, and configuration in Atlassian.
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Atlassian Cloud products including Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Ability to use Atlassian REST APIs to develop integrations, automate processes, and perform data migrations.
• Experience developing customized solutions including design, implementation, quality control, and end-to-end testing in multiple environments.
• Skilled in balancing enterprise security, compliance, and operational needs (preferred).
• Track record of driving adoption of enterprise technology standards (preferred).
