What you'll do

Develop systems, subsystem, and component requirements for rocket propulsion systems' product development.
Manage requirement derivation, allocation, and documentation within requirements databases and specifications.
Coordinate requirements verification plans and manage compliance assessment and certification with integrated product teams.
Perform functional analysis and coordinate system trade studies to define architecture and objectives.
Coordinate project risk and opportunity assessments and report on mitigation plans.
Direct, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers or technicians.
Deliver oral presentations and written communications to resolve questions and plan work.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of systems engineering experience are required.
A graduate degree with 0 to 2 years of systems engineering experience is acceptable.
Six years of systems engineering experience is required if no degree is held.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience in aerospace or defense sectors is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
Advanced degrees, MBSE methodologies, and experience with IBM DOORs or Cameo are preferred; active Secret clearance is also a plus.
U.S. citizens.
