Senior Associate Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, production-ready software solutions using approved enterprise platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain responsive web, mobile, and internal productivity applications including APIs and microservices.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept for artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot complex coding, configuration, performance, and integration issues to remove technical blockers for developers.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, diagrams, integration contracts, and operational documentation.
• Support production validation, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization through root-cause analysis and monitoring.
• Implement continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines, and automated testing to ensure engineering standards.
• Communicate technical tradeoffs and solution capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, a master's degree, or an associate's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Must have a high school diploma and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, application development, or systems integration.
• Must have hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or comparable languages.
• Must have experience building web applications, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise digital solutions.
• Must have experience troubleshooting application, integration, deployment, environment, and production issues.
• Must have working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, SDLC controls, version control, testing, and release processes.
• Must have the ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Experience with modern full-stack technologies like React, Angular, Flutter, Node.js, or .NET (preferred).
• Experience with cloud and container technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
• Experience with AI-related technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and machine learning frameworks (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, observability, and secure integration patterns (preferred).
• Experience building internal developer tools, automation solutions, productivity platforms, demonstrations, or proofs of concept (preferred).
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulated, or complex global enterprise environments (preferred).
