  • Build and maintain dashboards for early detection and resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities for content quality improvements within partner portfolios.
  • Own and maintain a connectivity feature roadmap based on partner needs.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical account management or partner success in travel tech.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hotel supply partners’ APIs and connectivity protocols.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for challenging the status quo and devising creative solutions for complex systems.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and visualization tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
