JOB TITLE: Sr Architect Domain
The Sr Architect Domain provides technical leadership for the Credit and Collections domain, designing and implementing scalable applications that support organizational technology needs and business objectives. This role involves developing architectural roadmaps, conducting code reviews, coaching engineers, and defining solution patterns for the credit decisioning, delinquency management, and payment arrangement lifecycles. You will build integrations with enterprise platforms including billing systems, CRM, risk platforms, and data platforms while managing workflow orchestration and automation. Key requirements include expertise in cloud architectures, software architecture, and requirements analysis. The role solves complex business problems by modernizing legacy technology environments, ensuring resiliency, and maintaining security standards across financial operations. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver extensible solutions that improve reliability and efficiency within the customer financial operations domain.
Design and implement scalable technical systems for Credit and Collections platforms.
Provide architectural leadership by making design decisions and coaching engineers on standards.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, solution patterns, and transformation initiatives.
Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms like billing, payments, CRM, and risk systems.
Support transformation efforts involving workflow orchestration, automation, and legacy system simplification.
Ensure all architectural solutions align with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate complex solution designs through diagrams, documentation, and verbal presentations.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of related work experience.
Advanced degree in a related field plus 3 years of related work experience.
4-7 years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership.
4-7 years of experience in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions.
4-7 years of experience in enterprise applications, PLM, middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization, and application technology.
Experience crafting or supporting solutions in Credit, Collections, Billing, Payments, Risk Management, or Customer Financial Operations.
Solid understanding of the Credit and Collections lifecycle, including assessment, delinquency management, and payment arrangements.
