What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary technical authority and expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Design scalable system architectures that account for complex infrastructure and downstream data dependencies.
  • Implement, deploy, and optimize ORC configurations to improve process automation and data integrity.
  • Translate complex business requirements from HR stakeholders into detailed technical designs.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles by proactively identifying and mitigating potential system issues.
  • Manage the integration of ORC with third-party tools and other Oracle HCM modules.
  • Provide technical guidance to Recruiting and HR leadership through iterative design and live demos.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR organizations to deliver technical solutions is required.
  • Proven expertise in the full application development lifecycle and identifying cross-system dependencies is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues are required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, data extracts, and technical components is preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of broader Oracle HCM modules and the HR technology ecosystem is preferred.
  • Experience integrating ORC with third-party talent acquisition tools is preferred.
