Senior Application Test Engineer, Program Motion

What you'll do

• Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy for the Program Motion initiative across all technical and functional layers.
• Plan and manage testing cycles for WMS, SAP, integrations, automation systems, and data platforms.
• Partner with the Enterprise Testing CoE to align on testing standards, tools, and governance.
• Collaborate with Test Data Management teams to design and implement scalable test data solutions.
• Oversee the transition of automation frameworks and test assets from strategic partners to internal teams.
• Partner with warehouse automation vendors to validate system integrations and end-to-end workflow reliability.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects while leading the defect triage process.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve test design, defect prediction, and reporting insights.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in testing or quality engineering, including leadership in large transformation programs (preferred).
• Strong experience in end-to-end and integration testing across complex enterprise systems.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan Active/WMOS preferred), SAP, integrations, and warehouse automation systems (MHE/WCS/WES).
• Experience working with enterprise testing CoE models and offshore delivery teams.
• Proven experience managing vendor/partner-led testing engagements, including outcomes-based delivery.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Katalon, Worksoft Certify, Postman, JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner, and Confluence.
• Understanding of test data management, enterprise data platforms, and AI-enabled testing approaches (preferred).
