What you'll do

Research and resolve application issues reported by customers and partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Alkami and customers during support incidents.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary and follow up on resolution progress.
Review and update site configuration primarily in MS SQL databases.
Handle after-hours calls and assist with resolving severe (SEV 1) issues 24/7/365.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical application support and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Advanced SQL query structure knowledge for custom script creation and interpretation.
Experience using JIRA or similar ticketing systems for efficient issue management.
Subject Matter Expertise in at least three functional areas within the company.
Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours calls and 24/7 support rotations.
