Senior Application Reliability Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze data to optimize reliability and stability objectives for production applications.
• Identify and address reliability challenges and potential gaps using best practice methodologies.
• Develop cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency across the application portfolio.
• Simplify and standardize complex technical concepts and processes for the organization.
• Manage traditional IT Application Maintenance Support (AMS) tasks to ensure system uptime.
• Represent the ARES team in meetings with management and other business units.
• Proactively identify, solve, and escalate technical problems as they arise.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years IT experience, or a Tech Certification in Computer Science with 7 years IT experience, or 9 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS), mobile and web technologies, data center platforms, and end user platforms.
• Experience in application and server operations, configuration, agile development tools, system architectures, and application portfolios.
• Ability to perform data analysis and simplify or standardize complex concepts and processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Continuous improvement (preferred).
• Testing methodologies (preferred).
