- Communicate the business value of the IT Inventory platform through various presentations and documents.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles combining customer engagement with product development
- Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering including data centers, cloud environments, networking, and compute services
- Technical proficiency to read code, write scripts, work with APIs, and contribute to architecture discussions
- Proven ability to build trust with customers, understand their needs, and communicate solutions effectively
- Demonstrated skill in evaluating product tradeoffs, assessing impact, and prioritizing based on customer and business value
- Familiarity with IT operations concepts such as asset management, configuration management, or CMDB tools
