Specialist, Technology Engineer (Network Engineer)

What you'll do

• Perform on-site installation, refresh, break/fix, and cabling of network systems at the Scottsdale site.
• Maintain and document Network MDF and IDF closets to ensure they meet cabling standards.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and events to maintain infrastructure reliability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all network carrier activities and third-party technology providers.
• Conduct proactive system maintenance, including disaster recovery planning, data backup, and inventory management.
• Execute production engineering processes such as incident, change, release, and knowledge management.
• Perform provisioning and break/fix activities outside of regular business hours and on weekends.
• Design and implement standard technology builds, templates, and custom solutions for business partner projects.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of IT Operations and/or Network Support experience.
• 4 or more years of experience with moderately complex integrated solutions.
• Proven experience in network engineering, support, and administration.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and Cisco routing/switching (preferred).
• Physical capability to lift and install network equipment weighing between 50-100 lbs.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Technology certifications or designations such as AWS, Azure, or scripting languages (preferred).
• Work authorization.
